Timberline Mountaineer Trail Guided Hike. US Forest Ranger guides you on this 2-mile round trip hike on the Timberline Mountaineer Trail to Silcox Hut. Hike is strenuous with over 1000 ft of elevation gain.

First Annual Mt Hood Blues and Brews at
The Resort at the Mountain. From Noon - 8 PM, join us on the 19th Green in front of mallards cafe & pub for this fun event. Admission is free. And food and beverage vendor pricing ranges from $1 - 5. Entertainment by local artists starts at Noon. Participating area restaurants (besides Altitude and mallards, of course!) are El Burro, Rendezvous, Wraptitude and Sandy Brew Pub while participating distributors and brewers are Fearless, Point Blank Distributing, Mt. Hood Brewery, Portland Brewing, Pyramid and Hood River Distillers.
Mt Hood Epic Mountain Bike Ride. Bennett Pass to the end of Surveyors Ridge via some of the best trails on Mt Hood. Along the way ride leaders will help you navigate the trails. Aid stations will be there to support you. And best of all there will be a celebration party at the Saw Tooth Roadhouse with BBQ, beer and raffle fundraiser. Plan to ride 50 miles, use a map, and be in the saddle for 6 hrs. This is not a race, but it requires that you come prepared. This event is for Advanced riders. 7 AM - 4 PM. Fluidride Cup 3-day Enduro Mountain Bike Race at
Mt Hood SkiBowl. This series encompasses 5 individual race days falling into 2 official “Enduro”races. – Enduro racing encompasses 2 or more races over a weekend and winners are determined by the lowest cumulative time over the weekend. The winner of the series will be decided by the lowest cumulative time over the 5 stages (2 races) in the series. More info.

Nine and Wine Golf Event at
The Resort at the Mountain. 9 golf holes with wine and appetizer pairings at three stations on The Courses. Contests, too! During dinner following play, prizes will be awarded. A chef's 'special' will be paired with a selected wine from the tastings. Wines will be available by the glass and bottle. Each event specializes in one type of wine allowing participants to experience differences within the category. Tee times from 3 – 6 PM. Cost is $100 per couple. Mt Hood Festival of the Forest at Wildwood Park. Take to the woods: a weekend celebration of Mt Hood's culture, arts and forest. Music includes Christy Snow Country Band, New Iberians Zydeco Band, Leapng Louie Lichtenstein, Garcia Birthday Band, Atomic Gumbo with DK Stewart, Shoehorn & Pilar French. Silcox Hut at Timberline Ski Area. Located high above Timberline Lodge near the Palmer Snowfield, Silcox Hut is a must-see unique location for this special evening. A 6-course dinner will be prepared by Executive Chef Jason Stoller Smith; each course expertly paired with wine from Cristom Vineyards' winemaker, Steve Doerner.

Mount Hood Heritage Day at
Mt Hood Cultural Center and Museum. Mark this date, and plan to attend this annual celebration of Mount Hood's outdoor recreation heritage. Mt. Hood Ski Bowl will host the event at the Ski Bowl this year. A full afternoon and evening of activities, in Government Camp. The museum will have a special opening of the Hal Lidell and Friends Black and White Photograph Show and other activities that day. The day will culminate with a silent and oral auction gala. Off to Mt Hood Cruise-in starts at Mt Hood Cultural Center and Museum. Drive your classic car to Timberline Lodge via the old road.

Wild about Game at
The Resort at the Mountain. This annual one-day event from pairs some of the Pacific Northwest's best game chefs with game birds and meats. The Wild Game Cook-off and cooking demonstrations complement the culinary marketplace featuring ample food and wine tastings and cookbook signings by Bruce Aidells, Nancy Oakes, Vitaly Paley, Liz Crain and Cole Danehower. 11 AM - 4 PM.
